Mountbatten Miniseries

We are excited to launch our ‘Mountbatten Miniseries’ – a collection of short clips from Lorraine Lee BSc (Dipl. Child Psychology and Positive Parenting Practitioner) and other organisations that work to support parents and carers navigate the teenage years.

Parent Mental Health Day 2023

The theme for this year’s Parent Mental Health Day is #BuildFamilyResilience, focusing on how parents and carers can successfully adapt to challenging life situations, and deal with their own stress and anxiety, while navigating their family through difficult times.

National Online Safety prepared a special interview with their expert, Anna Bateman, where they discuss the important role that schools play in supporting the mental health of parents and carers, including how they can overcome common challenges to engagement and help to build family resilience. You can watch this short webinar below.
